Return Policy
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Item must not be on the non-returnable list below.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend insuring return shipments — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used equipment
- Special-order or custom-configured items
- Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, or weather exposure
- Items missing original packaging, labels, or accessories
- Software, licenses, or downloadable content
How to Initiate a Return
- 1Email us at support@starstreamsolar.io with your order number and the reason for return.
- 2We'll review and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
- 3Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 4Ship to the address provided in your RMA confirmation.
- 5Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect all freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the paperwork before the driver leaves.
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@starstreamsolar.io within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold by Star Stream Solar are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. We are an authorized dealer, so your warranty is valid and registered through us.

Filing a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturer. We will assist you in initiating the claim and connecting with the right manufacturer support contact.
